Terms & Conditions – Miami Vibes Tours

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any tour or experience operated by Miami
Vibes Tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

  • All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized booking

  • platforms.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Miami Vibes Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due toweather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund.

Late Arrivals

  • Tours start promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Guests who arrive late may miss part or all of the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • The group will not be delayed to accommodate late arrivals.

Food, Drinks & Allergies

Miami Vibes Tours does not own, operate, or control any restaurant, bar, café, or food vendor visited during our tours.

We do not have access to kitchens, ingredients, or food preparation processes and cannot guarantee allergen-free food or beverages.
Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions acknowledge that participation is at their own risk and are solely responsible for deciding whether to consume any food or drink offered during the tour.
Miami Vibes Tours is not liable for allergic reactions, illnesses, or adverse effects related to food or beverage consumption.

Alcohol Consumption

  • Some tours may include alcoholic beverages.

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol and may be required to present valid government-issued ID.

  • Miami Vibes Tours promotes responsible consumption and reserves the right to deny alcohol service to any guest at any time.

Physical Activity & Accessibility

  • Tours involve walking and standing for extended periods.

  • Guests are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate.

  • Accessibility varies by tour route and venue. Please contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in a Miami Vibes Tours experience, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with walking tours, food and beverage consumption, weather conditions, crowds, traffic, and other inherent risks.


Miami Vibes Tours, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or allergic reactions

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

  • Delays, interruptions, or changes beyond our control

Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow participants, local residents, and venue staff.

  • Miami Vibes Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour without refund due to disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Photography & Media

  • Miami Vibes Tours may take photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, guests grant permission for their image or likeness to be used unless they notify us in writing prior to the tour.​

Children & Minors

  • Some tours are not suitable for children due to alcohol, cigars, or content.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors during the tour.

Changes to Itineraries

  • Tour stops, tastings, and routes may change due to availability, weather, or operational needs.

  • Substitutions of equal or greater value may be provided when necessary.​

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of the State of Florida, United States.​
