Private Tours Cancellation Policy
For all private tour bookings with Miami Vibes Tours, a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation date and begin tour planning.
If the private tour operates as scheduled, the $100 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the tour and credited to the final balance.
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled tour date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour will result in the full tour amount being charged to the credit card on file.

Failure to appear on the tour date (no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.
Future Tour Credit
In certain situations, and only when discussed and approved in advance by Miami Vibes Tours, the total amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future private tour. This option is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
By booking a private tour, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
