At Miami Vibes Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. We strive to offer flexibility while ensuring that our tours can operate smoothly for all guests. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour, arrive too late to join the tour, or fail to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
Changes and Rescheduling
Requests to change or reschedule a booking are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes made within 24 hours of the tour start time cannot be guaranteed.
Tour Cancellations by Miami Vibes Tours
Miami Vibes Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If Miami Vibes Tours cancels a tour, guests will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund of all amounts paid; or
-
The opportunity to reschedule to another available date.
Weather Policy
Our walking tours operate rain or shine. Light rain, cloudy weather, heat, or other typical South Florida weather conditions are generally not grounds for cancellation by Miami Vibes Tours.
In the event that severe weather conditions create safety concerns, Miami Vibes Tours may cancel or postpone the tour at its sole discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear on your account.

Cancellation Policy – (Private Tour)
To secure your private tour reservation with Miami Vibes Tours, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your tour if the tour takes place as scheduled.
Private tours must be canceled or rescheduled at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled tour date to avoid additional charges.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour will result in the remaining balance of the tour being charged to the credit card on file, as your guide, transportation (if applicable), and scheduling have already been reserved exclusively for your group.
In certain circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Miami Vibes Tours, the amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future private tour. Requests for future tour credit must be discussed and approved in advance and are not guaranteed.
Miami Vibes Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
